# Third-Party Notices

The Paranormal Initiative software tools are free to use, but they are not open-source releases. TPI source code, application design, branding, workflow design, research systems, compiled applications, and assets remain the property of The Paranormal Initiative unless otherwise stated.

Some TPI apps may include third-party open-source components. Those components remain governed by their own licenses. Their inclusion does not make TPI applications open source.
