One thing that saddens me about this field is how many incredible investigators and researchers most people will never hear from.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of meeting men and women with decades of real-world experience.

These are people who have quietly investigated homes, businesses, historical properties, and helped families through difficult situations.

They are not celebrities.

They are not chasing fame.

Many do not have massive followings or television appearances.

But they have something incredibly valuable: experience.

This is the kind of experience that only comes from years of listening, documenting, questioning, learning, and sometimes admitting that there simply is not an easy answer.

I can think of at least a dozen investigators and researchers who have knowledge that deserves to be shared with the community.

Unfortunately, many of those voices remain unheard because they are not playing the popularity game.

That is a shame.

This field needs experienced investigators just as much as it needs enthusiastic newcomers.

Knowledge should be passed on.

Lessons learned in the field should not disappear simply because they were not filmed for television or posted for millions of followers.

One of the reasons I created The Paranormal Initiative was to help preserve and share that knowledge.

Not just my own, but the collective experience of investigators who have spent years quietly doing the work.

Because experience matters. Integrity matters. And the next generation deserves to learn from those who have spent a lifetime asking questions instead of chasing easy answers.
